For industrial and embedded systems developers
Industrial automation and control boards, power electronics (inverters, charging stations, UPS, BMS), instrumentation, telemetry and agritech. BOM support across the product life cycle; cost breakdown to evidence the local-content share in Prozorro tenders (from 30% in 2026 under Law of Ukraine No. 1977-IX).
03 How we start - three steps
NDA + Gerber/BOM
The NDA is mutual - we will sign yours. Too early to share files? An anonymised board profile (dimensions, component count, package classes) gets you a preliminary estimate without Gerbers.
DFM feedback + quote
Within 7–10 business days. Brief DFM notes (manufacturability, cost reduction in assembly) - free of charge; a full DFM report comes as part of the NRE.
Pilot of 10–50 pcs → series
A pilot batch with 100% test. After FAI the process is frozen; reserved capacity is fixed in a framework agreement.
04 Services
- SMT assembly to your design; heavy-copper power electronics boards - soldering profiles tuned for massive polygons
- Through-hole assembly (THT): pilots and small series - hand soldering to Class 2 with per-operation inspection; for THT-heavy boards the labour content and inspection plan are quoted as a separate line item; selective soldering is on the expansion plan
- Component and bare board procurement: franchised channels with CoC plus local distributors; brokers - only with your written approval and incoming inspection. BOM support across the product life cycle: EOL monitoring, second sourcing, alternates - only with your approval (recorded in traceability), last-time buys
- Flashing with your binaries (we keep no copies) + functional test to your procedure; for power electronics - hi-pot, burn-in, load testing: to your procedure or developed jointly (as part of the NRE)
- Batch documentation: FAI report, test records, component CoCs; a cost breakdown showing the imported-component share - to evidence the local-content level in Prozorro tenders
- Optional: box build - from your materials or with our sourcing of the sub-assemblies
05 Quality · traceability · IP
- IPC-A-610 Class 2; ESD control, MSL discipline; Class 3 - under a separate qualification for a specific product/PO
- IPC-1782 traceability: serialisation of boards and component lots; records kept for 10 years (longer by agreement, to match the product life cycle): the basis for investigating field failures and warranty claims
- Workmanship warranty: assembly defects are corrected at our own cost; complaints are handled with root-cause analysis (8D report); scope and timelines are set in the framework agreement
- Repeatability across batches: the process is frozen after FAI; changes to process, materials or substitutions happen only through a change notice (PCN) and your approval; golden samples are retained on site
- Your data: an isolated environment with no public clouds, named access, return or destruction of files on request; we manufacture only what is covered by a contract with the design owner

06 Customer portal
- RFQ submission and live status: from "submitted" to "quote delivered" - no email threads, with a countdown to the quote deadline.
- File exchange under NDA: Gerbers, BOMs, commercial offers; named access and an open log for every file.
- Production live: procurement → line → test → packing, board by board, with percentage complete and scrap in real time.
- Your data stays on our infrastructure only: no public clouds; return or destruction of files on request.
- Secure sign-in: two-factor authentication; access by named invitation only.
Access on request: the portal is opened by named invitation after an NDA. Write to us - and we will send you access.
07 Three engagement models
Consignment default
The components are yours - full control of procurement stays on your side. We do the assembly, test and reporting.
Partial consignment
Scarce items (MCUs, sensors, RF, power switches) are yours, we buy the rest of the BOM.
Turnkey
Procurement fully on us - one agreement, one invoice; partial prepayment (components first), with individual terms after successful batches.
08 Team and status
10+ years of staff experience in international electronics contract manufacturing: process engineering, supply chain and component procurement; IT automation of manufacturing - 15 years of development experience.
Zakarpattia: EU logistics and distance from the combat zone - continuity of supply for long-term contracts.
Verification: a video call, an in-person meeting or a site audit (after NDA) - before series production starts. We do not publish the site address - we provide it for audits and meetings.
Modular SMT line, series launch ahead. Available today: quotes, DFM reviews, test fixture development, capacity slot reservation; you are welcome to audit the site (after NDA). Pilot batches come with the line launch: the date is fixed in the framework agreement together with the reserved capacity.
